Obama: We're Not At Cyber War With North Korea -- USA Today
The United States is not at cyber war with North Korea, President Obama said in an interview broadcast Sunday, and will "respond proportionately" as he accused that nation of the hack attack on Sony Pictures.
"I don't think it was an act of war," Obama said on CNN's State of the Union. "I think it was an act of cyber vandalism that was very costly, very expensive. We take it very seriously. We will respond proportionately, as I said."
Obama also said the United States will look at returning North Korea to the list of states that sponsor terrorism. The George W. Bush administration removed it from that list in 2008 amid nuclear negotiations.

I called the office of my local congressional representative.
After identifying myself. They admitted that the U.S. was engaged economic and cyber warfare.
They beat around the bush. They talked down to a constituent, because they know oh so much more. After all they get briefings and have all the access to capitol hill. Never mind that some in the hoi polloi have clearances, engage in foreign travel, have professions, etc.
The long and short of it is that this is going n and the American public and politicians are not having a frank discussion about it.
Some people are too busy surviving, some are watching Kim Kardassians butt and the rest know but talk about in understated ways because they do not want to look like kooks.
Saudi Arabia raising prices for Japan and Europe and dropping them for the U.S. is economic warfare. No one wants to talk about it.
