My Comment: Reaction from Ukraine and Russia on this US Senate vote has been predictable .... Ukraine cheers US vote for military aid, Russia outraged (Channel News Asia/AFP). What's my take .... if lethal U.S. arms are sent to Ukraine .... I will expect more weapons and aid from Russia to the rebel forces in the east .... and even the possibility of something like this .... ‘If US sends weapons to Ukraine, Russia should send troops’ - lawmaker (RT). My advice to President Obama is this .... be prepared for the consequences if this bill arrives at your desk to sign.

The Ukraine needs arms like they need a hole in the head.

The only weapons that would be useful, would be the high tech anti-tank and counter battery weapons,

And those can't be send with out them winding up in Russian, Chinese and other high bidders hands, shortly after they arrive.

That is right Jay.
"And those can't be send with out them winding up in Russian, Chinese and other high bidders hands, shortly after they arrive."
This is a good way of saying "is this a government interested in winning a war or a group of people concerned with their sources of personal wealth", corruption a universal ideal.
