Well I've seen some poorly cobbled together stories in my time, but this one well.....
I can believe it was a recreational drone bought from "Radio Shack", but, a NGI employee, drunk, 15 miles from White House, who went to bed after being told about the crash?
My guess someone (maybe one of the kids) at the White House was screwing around flying the thing when it crashed and it couldn't be swept under the rug.
Either that or a Radio Shack employee should get a bonus for the publicity.
