My Comment: Ukraine is not making life easy for them .... transporting goods into Crimea from Ukraine is difficult at best, and tourists are definitely not coming to visit the peninsula. Until the land bridge is built between Crimea and Russia as well as the transmission lines necessary for electricity .... life is going to be hard and expensive in Crimea. The ones who are really benefiting from all of this are the smugglers. On a side note .... Ukraine also has economic problems .... problems that have just gotten worse .... Ukraine Regional Governments Panic After National Budget Seizes Revenues (Sputnik).
