WNU Editor: If I was Afghan President Ghani, I would be tripling my security detail. He has just alienated those who have ruled Afghanistan for the past 12 years .... and they are not happy. What's my take .... these corrupt warlords are one of the reasons why Afghanistan is in the mess that it is in today .... seeing them lose power and influence is a positive sign .... my only regret is that these moves should have been done years ago, and with the Taliban now asserting their authority in many parts of the country .... these changes may be too little and too late.
