Maggie Fick, Reuters: Special Report: For Islamic State, wheat season sows seeds of discontent

WNU Editor: Stalin starved Ukraine in the 1930s .... it did not impact his ability to rule. The same can be said about other countries .... Mao's China, North Korea, etc. .... all of these countries faced starvation .... but it did not impact their rule. The same can now be said about the Islamic State .... so the people starve and the discontent may rise .... but if history is any indication .... those who run the Islamic State and who have the guns will not be impacted at all.
