When & if Mosul fall this spring, ISIS has got to do something to keep the momentum & look sexy.
So about the time people get done taking their victory laps...
"...this threat cannot be disregarded." I don't understand why anyone would disregard the threat but obviously some will. The tendency among American policy makers at least is to underestimate the threats posed by adversaries and potential adversaries while overestimating our own capabilities.
