WNU Editor: I have been hearing and reading reports in the past two weeks of fresh Russian military shipments to the rebels in eastern Ukraine .... it looks like this report confirms it.

What do you think these supplies will be used for, is it to decrease the risk of an new Ukrainian offensive or is the gear for the planning of a separatist mayor spring offensive? Also I doubt a diplomatic solution will be found in the near future, since they have had so many chances where there had been little to no progress. Also I think Russia is slowly but surely going closer to an military solution but there is still uncertency. What do you think will happen in the near future in the winter and the spring?
