Road accidents, and transport deaths are quite common in war zones. The "first" US casualties in the War on ISIS, were crew members in a helecopter that had to ditch.
Roll overs are common when jeeps, LAV's, APC's and trucks are taken offroad,
Driving is bad enough, but driving while watching for mines, IED's and ambushes all kick it up a notch, often the driving suffers.
