Is The Islamic State Facing A 'Manpower Shortage'?

ISIS fighters have made significant territorial gains in Iraq and Syria, but military experts say the group is losing soldiers in battle and is having trouble replacing them.

WNU Editor: For an organization that is suppose to be suffering a manpower shortage .... it has certainly not stopped them from gaining new recruits and escalating their attacks in both Iraq and Syria.
