Reuters: Ukraine peace talks begin, overshadowed by fighting
The leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine began peace talks in Belarus on Wednesday, while in Ukraine pro-Moscow separatists tightened the pressure on Kiev by launching some of the war's worst fighting.
The Kiev army said 19 of its soldiers were killed in a day of pro-Russian separatist assaults near the railway town of Debaltseve, some of the worst losses it has reported in nine months of war.

Sems they shall sign an support to Ukrainian soveigrnaty. Just one big problem seems to have torpedoed the talks POROSHENKO LEFT. Looking forward to your analysis of the talks, seems Poroshenko will fight and start with martial law in Donbass. The talks may have an agreement but without Poroshenkos approval there will be trouble. Do you think the talks have failed or can ut be salvaged.

Sorry it was a misunderstanding on my side, he just left for 15 min, I thought he left the whole talks, hope this dosent happen again. A shame if he misses important information and makes a hasty decicion.
