So far, there is no independent confirmation, ( non-Russian media), that there is a ceasefire, or acceptence of a ceasefire, or it's terms.

I concur Jay. I have checked all the newswires and major news outlets .... and nothing. I have been checking Ukraine news outlets .... but it is early Friday morning right now .... no one is at his/her desk to confirm this story.
