It really is nothing to laugh about.

It's one of the answers to the question, "Why can't we have nice stuff?"

And of course, all this " stuff" has a " best before date", which I swear to god, seems to be the justification for their use. Got some expiring Cruise Missiles? Find a place you can justify shooting them at.

As for justifying, one of the major Editors for a major German News Agency, has written a book, 'splaining how he and his fellow journalist, were basically CIA,
