Washington Post: Kerry holds talks in Ukraine amid bid by European partners to quell fighting
WNU Editor: I doubt that U.S. Secretary Of State Kerry is involved in Europe's new peace plan .... that it is a coincidence that he will be in the same city while French leader Hollande and German Chancellor Merkel are arriving with their peace plan. The actual reason why John Kerry is there is to discuss lay the groundwork for shipments of U.S. military aid .... a point that even Ukrainian President Poroshenko has already indicated that he was expecting. As to why the German and French leaders have hastily got together and made this rush to Kiev is because I believe that they are trying to stop this arms escalation .... knowing too well that Russia will only respond in kind thereby further escalating the war and bloodshed in Ukraine.

Putin won't look for the diplomatic decision will believe in military defeat of the Ukrainian army so far.
Refusal of military aid to Ukraine will stop Putin? It is silly. Lack of the weapon at the opponent never stopped an aggressor. Arms supplies from Russia proceed. Not to provide weapons for Ukraine simply increases Russia's temptation to escalate the intervention
Russian separatist don't want a better life for the Donbas residents. They are just in it for the fight and don't care who gets killed.
If Ukraine receives weapons and Putin will stop the Russian separatist will agree about the termination of military operation. Without it any diplomatic decision waits for a fate of the Minsk and Budapest Memorandum.
The Russian terrorists place weapon emplacement in inhabited block. Then shoot at the Ukrainian army and at civil people. Separatists do it specially to cause hatred to Kiev. And for show of the Russian television.

So Russia would escalate the war ahah for someone that insists that the rebels are from ukraine and that russia isnt fighting there that is a hell of a 180ยบ change.
I can only hope that US send weapons to Ukraine and that they kill as many russians terrorists as they can. The World would be a better place without this scums from russia.
