RT: Guantanamo prisoners now throwing feces, urine, sperm & vomit at guards
Detainees at the US Guantanamo Bay prison have resorted to assaulting guards with bodily fluids, top marine general John Kelly said at a Senate committee.
Kelly gave a description of the assaults on Thursday at a press briefing, following an announcement earlier. “They [the detainees] concoct a cocktail. Usually its feces, urine, sperm, vomit… When the guard comes to, say, take their trash… they will splash them.”
According to the general, prisoners housed in single cells are usually the ones carrying out the attacks, which aren’t restricted to bodily waste.
WNU Editor: This has been a form of protest at Guantanamo for a very long time. I also suspect that for some of the "hard-core" detainees who are now realizing that they are going to be in Guantanamo and/or another prison for the rest of their lives .... their frustrations are rising. On a side note .... of the 647 Guantánamo detainees that have been released, 116 have returned to terrorist or insurgent activities ....
