Daily Mail: Two Britons feared dead as eight killed in Tunisian museum attack: Around 30 more held hostage by three gunmen

* At least seven foreigners have been killed in a terror attack in Tunisia
* Three gunmen opened fire in the capital about midday at Bardo Museum
* Another 30 people are believed to currently be held hostage in the attack
* Security forces surrounded the building and evacuated nearby parliament

Tunisian security forces have surrounded a group of militants holed up inside the country's leading museum after they shot dead at least eight people today.

Seven of those killed were foreigners, with local reports suggesting two were Britons, as well as French, Spanish and Italian.

The country's parliament, which sits adjacent to the country's Bardo Museum, was today filled with leading politicians and was swiftly evacuated after shooting broke out.

It is believed several hundred people may have fled the museum, while another 20 - 30 remain as hostages with three shooters in control of the building.
