WNU Editor: The reaction among the Russian crew is hilarious .... there are some who are upset and there are others who are laughing because they have just realized that they are very lucky to be alive. On a side note .... this is the weapon system that the Iranians are going to receive from the Russians.

If it is not a problem, could you find out what cause the malfunction?
I was wondering if it was a motor, a valve or something else like a charge that malfunctioned.
That is if it is open sourced in Russian, which I cannot read.
I am looking at this from a Deming point of view.
