The jihadists are all believed to be former Taliban fighters who have become dissatisfied with Al Qaeda's regime.
It is not known how closely they are working with ISIS leaders in both Syria and Iraq.
The camp is reportedly being run by the Taliban splinter group, Sa'ad bin Waqas Front, according to Fox News.
