U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter: Pentagon To Investigate Ashley Madison Profiles Tied To Military Email Accounts

CNN: Ash Carter: Military 'looking into' members' Ashley Madison use

Washington (CNN)Defense Secretary Ash Carter says the military is "looking into" service members' use of the website Ashley Madison after more than 15,000 government-connected email accounts were included in the personal details published by hackers.

"Of course it's an issue because conduct is very important," Carter said at a Thursday afternoon news conference.

"We expect good conduct on the part of our people," he said, adding that "the services are looking into it and as well they should be -- absolutely."

Everyone should study psychology and they don't.

What did Lt Col. Anthony Shaffer say?

Yeah, the public wants warrior monks.

The public and pols want service members to be one or 2 orders of magnitude better than themselves.

Is that even feasible?

Okay, 1 or 2 orders of magnitude may be a stretch, but how much better are service members or how much better should the be than Joe Snotnose Public?

Seriously? 10% better 20% better?

You certainly can measure it. They are starting to get around to measuring will power. not quite there yet. but when they do tit will be as much science as a ergonomist computing a fair days labor by a worker.
