WNU Editor: Personal commitments will keep me away from my computer this afternoon, so blogging will return early this evening. When I came back to Montreal early this morning I had to walk by City Hall in Old Montreal to meet an old friend for an early breakfast. I noticed the French flag flying on top of one of the buildings .... took a photo which is the one that is above. Took a photo in front of the main City Hall building, where the flags are flying above the front door (below picture). Yup .... Paris is not far away at all.

I watched a film on Netflix about Ryszard Kukliński called Jack Strong.
It was very disturbing.
