WNU Editor: As long as there are no additional sanctions .... specifically China curtailing adn/or cutting off trade with North Korea .... this UN resolution will have no teeth.

WNU Editor,
China knows that the NORK's have been balancing on a knife edge for decades, and cares if the NORK's explode or implode, as that mess is in their front yard.
The US really doesn't care one way or the other if the NORK's implode or explode, because the mess is half a world away, won't land on the US's door, and the mess will be China, South Korea and possibly Japan's to deal with.
