Israel's Defense Minister Accuses Turkey Of Buying Oil From The Islamic State

BBC: Israeli defence minister accuses Turkey of buying IS oil

Israel's defence minister has accused Turkey of buying oil from the so-called Islamic State (IS) group, thereby funding the militants' activities.

Speaking in Athens, Moshe Yaalon said IS had "enjoyed Turkish money for oil for a very, very long period of time".

Turkey denies allowing IS smuggling and the US recently rejected Russian claims that Turkish government officials were in league with the militants.

IS has captured swathes of Syria and Iraq, including operational oil fields.

Not propaganda but fact. That the u.s chooses to look the other way does not make it go away.
Funny how the minute Putin blew the lid off this the u.s magically found a oil convoy to attack.

Turkey is not a team player. Even when the team is all the so-called modern society's, massed against Daesh. Turkey or should I say, their leadership are only for themselves, their vision of conservatism and their vision of what the surroundings should be. What about treaties, International Law, common good. They don't deserve NATO or EU membership with these leaders and indiscriminate bombing in their SE and Iraq. Secularism is what the Turkish society deserves, not movement toward religious fanaticism. And the fact that we(US) put up with their misdeeds and their filtering through of questionable refugees into Europe is astounding. In that sense, the US has much more in common with Russia, than with Turkey.

From support and passports to Ughur/Turko crazies, training, weapons, funds, refuge to Islamo-nazis, to provocation of Russia, Turkey's actions are well and truly worthy of NATO membership.

All they need to do now is get on the board running drugs.
