Petraeus pleaded guilty last year to a misdemeanour offence, mishandling classified information, after being accused of handing notebooks with classified information to his biographer-turned mistress, Paula Broadwell.

WNU Editor: The FBI are suppose to hand in the results of their investigation in May .... I guess that is when we will know if they will be recommending an indictment.

It should be in jail but I doubt that anything will happen to it, sad very sad. Rule of law dose not exist anymore.
