Wall Street Journal: Syrian Opposition Still Undecided About Peace Talks
Senior negotiator accuses Assad government and its Russian allies of truce violations

Many Syrians on opposing sides, along with international diplomats, have welcomed what they describe as a significant reduction in violence across the country since the truce began on February 27. And though some humanitarian aid had reached rebel-held areas besieged by the regime, it wasn’t enough, he said.
“There are lots of difficulties on the humanitarian assistance front,” Mr. Hijab said on a conference call with reporters.

Riad Hijab, "a coordinator for the High Negotiations Committee, which broadly represents the opposition at peace talks," is a Saudi agent so of course he has problems with the Syria - Russia success.
