US News And World Report: Assad Says Aleppo Will Be Erdogan’s ‘Graveyard’

The Syrian government has vowed to free the entire country from ISIS, as well as other rebels.

Syrian President Bashar Assad raged against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan Tuesday, vowing to crush Erdogan-backed forces in Aleppo and make the city his "graveyard."

Erdogan is a major backer of the rebel groups fighting Assad in Syria's ongoing civil war.

Assad promised to "liberate every inch" of Syria Tuesday, and is reportedly plotting a major offensive in Aleppo, the country's most populous city.

The western media has been counting Assad out steadily since 2011. I guess they're used to leaders with the same (lack of) mettle as their own.

If I were Erdogan, I wouldn't be sitting in any vehicle until/unless it had been running before I got in. The Baath are a serious bunch. They won't soon forget their attackers.
