Politico: Ukrainian efforts to sabotage Trump backfire

Kiev officials are scrambling to make amends with the president-elect after quietly working to boost Clinton.

Donald Trump wasn’t the only presidential candidate whose campaign was boosted by officials of a former Soviet bloc country.

Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers, a Politico investigation found.

A Ukrainian-American operative who was consulting for the Democratic National Committee met with top officials in the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington in an effort to expose ties between Trump, top campaign aide Paul Manafort and Russia, according to people with direct knowledge of the situation.

I've read the USG Russia hacking report. It's a joke worthy of the onion.

Please provide a link, as all that has been made public is the unclassified report. Not the Classified Report presented to Trump, Obama and the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Read unclassified version. It builds a rank conspiracy out of practically thin air.

Yup, there are lot's of holes, errors and misdirections. In the Unclassified Report.

Still, it's not the PEOTUS or the POTUS report.

There is this weird thing that Intelligence agencies do.

They lie in Public reports to cover sources and methods. Thus the continual denials that they are spying on everbody's internet use, and yet a dozen "Whistleblowers" have released documents showing they are.

It's actually worse than that.

They can probably spy on you through smart TVs, game consoles, cable boxes, cell phones, etc. Plus they can pair that with the dossier you've created with online activity and social media. The stasi had like a two block building two stories high. With current data storage the U.S. has an equivalent building the size of the continent of Europe at two stories high. Growing larger all the time. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wired.com/2012/03/petraeus-tv-remote/amp/?client=ms-android-verizon

Not to mention sifting through all internet traffic passing through the metropolitan area exchanges.

5 Eyes gathers digital traffic world wide.

We've already learned they collect sex tapes, naked selfies, phone sex, sexting and skype sexts.

Still, the FBI rooting around at random in pc's and phones sent in for repair with out a warrant, well,........
