CNN: Intel chiefs presented Trump with claims of Russian efforts to compromise him
(CNN)Classified documents presented last week to President Obama and President-elect Trump included allegations that Russian operatives claim to have compromising personal and financial information about Mr. Trump, multiple US officials with direct knowledge of the briefings tell CNN.
The allegations were presented in a two-page synopsis that was appended to a report on Russian interference in the 2016 election. The allegations came, in part, from memos compiled by a former British intelligence operative, whose past work US intelligence officials consider credible. The FBI is investigating the credibility and accuracy of these allegations, which are based primarily on information from Russian sources, but has not confirmed many essential details in the memos about Mr. Trump.
The classified briefings last week were presented by four of the senior-most US intelligence chiefs -- Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers.

WNU Editor: So we are we being told that multiple sources are leaking highly classified information to CNN and others that Russian operatives are claiming to have compromising personal and financial information about Mr. Trump .... but (not surprising) no evidence/proof/information/etc. is forthcoming. Just allegations from .... in the words of CNN .... "highly respected" sources .... namely .... a two page synopsis of memos from a from British intelligence official who was hired to do opposition research for the DNC/RNC on Donald Trump. The fact that it is Sen. McCain who brought this 2 page synopses report to the FBI .... a person who has always been at odds with President-elect Trump and whose credibility when it comes to Trump is questionable .... says volumes on the credibility of this report. Bottom line .... to say that I am highly sceptical of all of this .... especially since President-Elect Trump is going to be sworn in as President in 10 days .... is an understatement. But what is clear to me is that are are many people in Washington who are "scared shit" that President Trump is going to be President at the end of next week .... panic is another word that I would use .... and they are pulling all the stops right now to harm him politically before they are no longer in a position to do so.

Update #3: Just read the 35 page report that claims President-Elect Trump was "cultivated, supported and assisted" by Russia. What's my take .... bizarre .... and what is even more bizarre is that major news organisations are pushing this as a major story tonight. Apparently this document was circulating all over Washington before the election, and everyone knew its content .... I would also guess the Clinton campaign was aware of it. But it appears that after reading it .... no one took it seriously .... including (I would guess) the Clinton campaign. But now .... 10 days before the inauguration .... this is occupying the news cycle. Someone told me tonight that this is beyond stupid .... he is 100% right.
Update #4: The best part of this report describes Donald Trump's sexual perversions when he was in Moscow .... yup .... sexual perversions (page 2, point #3).
