Were British Jets 'Buzzing' Russian Warships As They Crossed The English Channel?

WNU Editor: I could be wrong .... but looking at the above photo I have to wonder if this British jet is close enough that one can claim that it is "buzzing" the Russian warship .... something the Russians are always being claimed of.

The vessel in the foreground is the Royal Navy frigate St. Albans. You can tell by the hull number F83. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_St_Albans_(F83).

I don't see an aircraft in the image. The image was probably taken from a helicopter, likely flying off the frigate.

One can ask the question, though, is the St. Albans too close to the Kuznetsov?

Looks like the tug boat pulling the Russian ship, is also not seen in this photo.
