President Donald Trump appears to have moved on from the news that his taxes were leaked on Tuesday night and set his sights on another story that has caught his attention, Snoop Dogg's new music video.

Two days after the rapper released a clip from his remix 'Lavender' that depicts him pointing and then firing a toy gun at a clown who is very clearly made to look like the current commander-in-chief, President Trump is lashing out on Twitter.

'Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!' wrote President Trump on his personal account at 7am on Wednesday.

WNU Editor: I post these stories because the governments of other countries (i.e. Russia, China, Iran, etc.) follow U.S news and pop culture very closely to have a better understanding on what is actually happening politically/culturally in the U.S. .... and to then formulate their policies and strategies when it comes to the U.S.. Having someone shoot the U.S. President is not the image you want out there. President Trump understands this .... hence his reaction. The U.S. media's reaction .... as predicted .... a shrug and a desire to move on.

Of course not. ..but a few years down the road, Snoop will be busted for something by the police, or goes to jail for some tax issue, or gets shot by someone who happens to like Trump (and happens to be white)...I'd bet on that

white? black...either an entertainer can or can not do what got done and not be legally in trouble. Or not. It has nothing to do with race unless one wants to wallow in race.

But Fred .... sadly .... it has always been about race. But who am I to judge .... I am not an American .... I cannot (thankfully) relate to their history/legacy of slavery. But Snoop Dog crossed the line.

It is an evil thing to not have respect for authority, even if you disagree with a particular authority.
Too many people are puffed up with their own self importance.

It is about race.

The Democrats would not be a party unless it was not always about race.

The Democrat party is a grafter party full of shakedown artists.

that is a Confucius type of thing to say.

Aizino, it is what it is whether Confucius would say it or not. Or is rebellion a good thing? Of course not. We are ants, we are nothings, who cares what we say and think about how we are governed. Let the leaders rule, hopefully well, and let us get on with our lives in subjection to our legitimate governments.

If you get all up yourself and end up in outright rebellion Syria is a good example of the end result. Mass death for nothing.

Besides all that, who would value Snoop dogs opinion on anything anyway? He can't even talk properly, the man comes across as an idiot. Imagine if he was president?! lol

I said it is what Confucius type of thing would say.

I should have made it more nebulous.

Confucius was for filial piety on up. That said there had to have been limits to obedience if the higher ups erred for whatever reason.

I did not say I would agree with Confucius in all cases.
