Everyone understand? We've held back. No one can match what we're flying over Syria. Turkey too. We cant let our proxies get hit. Not again.
I have no problem with that, Jim, but their proxies are Russia and Iran...rather formidable enemy should the big guys decide to go full throttle.
The big guys of air warfare is Israel, wait till they get involved
Big guys against 3rd gen aircraft with monkey pilots, against russian su37 and top guns they will not fare as well.
Israel will not get involved, other than paying anti Assad forces under the table. their main concern is to make sure Iran proxy Hezbollah, does not end up on Golan border
I was referring to israeli airforce, but as for russia they have their select highly trained units
They have had much experience in afghanistan.chechnya, and have operated very succesfully in syria to date
Just like Russia who have u.s polots engaged of note in the last 25 to 30 years? Iraqi aircraft, Libyan forces , Afghan ground forces, and Syrians
Nothing equipment wise, and no one pilot wise of note really.
When nato did confront a moderate european power (Serbia) they really did have their hands full as they found out it was completley different taking out a disciplined and competant s.a.m crew as opposed to those they faced in 91.
Agree, fighting Bock Lesnar and Frank Mir is a different ballgame than diaz and clay guida
