WNU Editor: It's been years since I last visited Ukraine .... corruption was horrible then, and it was the main reason why I chose not to join some of my relatives who live there and who are involved in real estate. I figured .... who needs the headaches. Flash forward to today ... as the above report explains .... corruption is just as bad (if not worse) today as it was then .... the difference now is that Western money is pouring in via through the IMF and other banking institutions.
