ABC News Online: North Korea: Kevin Rudd says China thinks Donald Trump is bluffing, urges 'grand bargain' to defuse nuclear standoff
Former prime minister Kevin Rudd is urging the United States and China to strike a "grand bargain" for the Korean peninsula.

WNU Editor: I am not optimistic on Kevin Rudd's hope that a "grand bargain" can be reached to defuse the current nuclear standoff. But he is right that many in Beijing believe that President Trump is bluffing on North Korea .... at least that is the input that I am getting from my Chinese friends.

And what will happen when they realize he wasn't bluffing?
Kill two birds with one stone, surround North Korea with missile defense batteries while at the same time hemming China into the same fold...they're really not going to like that!
ahhhh Kevin 07
How is that wound going on your back?
Former Australian Prime Minister Rudd is widely regarded as a total goose here in Australia. Anything he says is generally just an attempt to impress someone in the U.N.or a desperate attempt to stay relevant on the world stage. A man most Australians would rather try and forget. Take any of his words with a grain of salt.
He is not bluffing, he is calling their bluff. Two different things.
I'll see your attack on Guam and raise ya total nuclear oblivion of your country!
