White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner: 'We Were Too Disorganized To Collude With Russia'

Foreign Policy: Kushner to Interns: Trump Team Too Disorganized to Collude With Russia

In off-the-record remarks, the president’s son-in-law offers a unique defense.

Donald Trump’s election team could not have colluded with Russia because they were barely talking to each other, according to Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law and top White House advisor.

“They thought we colluded, but we couldn’t even collude with our local offices,” Kushner told congressional interns during a private talk at the Capitol Visitor Center in Washington on Monday afternoon.

Kushner’s meeting with the interns had been rescheduled from two weeks ago, shortly after which he had to appear before Congress to give testimony about the Russia investigation.

A source provided a copy of written notes on Kushner’s talk and question-and-answer session to Foreign Policy.

Update: Kushner says Trump campaign was too dysfunctional to collude (Washington Post/AP)

WNU Editor: We were too "disorganised" to collude .... in short .... we are too screwed-up to collude. Considering how the White House has been run for the past 6 months .... this is believable.

LOL - disorganized was the least of it. Underfunded, hamfisted, no verbal discipline from the candidate, missteps and awkward moments. But thankfully a win over a true disaster of a candidate in Clinton.

BIGLY!,

NUCLEAR THREAT MAY BE COMING FROM INSIDE THE WHITE HOUSE
Donald Trump’s secretary of energy, Rick Perry, once campaigned to abolish the $30 billion agency that he now runs, which oversees everything from our nuclear arsenal to the electrical grid. The department’s budget is now on the chopping block. But does anyone in the White House really understand what the Department of Energy actually does? And what a horrible risk it would be to ignore its extraordinary, life-or-death responsibilities?

Storming
Norming
Performing

Team Trump should listen to the Democrats. They should not ignore them, but they should take most or all of their criticism with a grain of salt.

Part of what the Democrats are doing is stirring the pot, so that the administration never gets beyond storming. Chief of Staff Kelly should help prevent that.

The Democrats are not going to be happy no matter what.

To wit, MS 13 is brazenly killing people in the North East and Democrats fixate like automaton on "Don't be too nice".

REALLY?

What is your point besides proving that you can google search?

If there is an EMP, whatever the Energy department has done to date is worthless.

What has the Energy Department done to fix the transformer problem?

It has not talked about it in any significant way. Newt has. Even a democrat or two has after the Democrats as a whole alternately chastised or ignored Newt. that is they did after an appropriately amount of time had gone by and they could claim the issue as their own.

LMFAO,

As the article makes clear, a lot of the answers to your questions, are classified.

The transformers are known.

Their production lead time is known.

Their inventory status is known.

Try again Jay.
