I see this as a message to the US mainly. Both,China and Russia, profit vastly and disproportionally from a nuclear armed state in Asia that is on their side of the ring and constantly threatens and calls out the US... China -loves-that! The stronger and more credible this trifecta becomes, the lesser American influence in their hemisphere. That's why they call for a measured response for Americans, while ignoring north Koreas nuclear annihilation death threats to the US and its allies. The hypocrisy here is amazing. .even more amazing that most people think north Korea does this all on its own and doesn't get help. While we have proof that China helps them. Major "buried head in the sand" syndrome. This right here, the north Korean situation, is the answer to Obama's pivot to Asia.

Just to make this clear. ..if the US government ever produces a video showing nuclear holocaust in North Korea, then I would be a hypocrite myself. But the aggression comes disproportionally from north Korea. .those Videos were produced and broadcasted long before we got to this point where we're at today. Maybe it's their way of showing they are serious, just as the US and south Korea do their drills as a sign of seriousness and resolve. Fair enough. But again, the difference is that south Korea practices a decapitation strike aimed at the people in charge, ie. Kim Jong Un, while north Korea on the other hand threatens to target entire cities and its citizens/civilians in their videos. Both -very different- things. But China and Russia - in their actions and by siding with north Korea - treat both as equal. They're not.
