China is making a strategic mistake here. The Vietnamese hate what's happening and will reject china's claims for the foreseeable future. China should learn that you can't just bribe the politicians in Vietnam. The population won't take it much longer. Maybe 10 more years and the current set of politicians will be replaced by the youth here who are sick of being sold out to the Chinese interests.
