There are rumors that Russia has taken control/oversight of one of the Kudish oil lines. Also the above photo shows the Kurds have no fear of being attacked by air on this road. The outline of the deal is shaping up. The question will be, has Russia given too many guarantees and/or has it a flexible position on enforcing these guarantees? Has Putin committed himself and Russia too deep?
