The missile appears as impressive as it is terrifying.
Yesterday served as an unwanted reminder for many that North Korea is indeed still hurtling headlong toward their strategic endgame. Not only was it another launch of an ICBM by the rogue regime, the third so far, but it also featured a huge increase in range. North Korea can now theoretically hit any target in the United States. What wasn't clear at the time of the launch was if the missile was an evolved variant of the existing Hwasong-14 or some new design. But hours after the launch, North Korea state media said that it was indeed a new design—it's designation being Hwasong-15. Now we have pictures of this new missile and they are terrifying as they are impressive.

You are correct. North Korea did not manufacture that truck.

It's a Chinese built, Washan WS51200 Special Vehicle.
The NORK's bought up to 8 as "flatbed trucks for Northern Logging Operations", then stretched the chassis, added a 9th driven axel to deal with the weight, built the TE, added all the flash covers, NBC protection and all the associated systems for targeting, launch, control and correction.
Meanwhile their special forces people, the best of the best, have tape worms out the wazoo.
If the spec ops have such poor health, maybe the North Korean military shatters after getting hit hard.
Iran's playing a different path.
The 5+1 Agreement neutralizes unilateral US actions to collapse the Agreement, and removes Russian, Chinese and European Financial, Trade and Technology Sanctions, ( the US has evaded much of it's requirements to lift Sanctions, through bureaucratic measures and new, non-UNSC Sanctions).
If the US bails on the agreement, it's no big deal, because the other's won't, and it's not like the US is honouring it's requirements under the agreement, or there is or will be any significant US/Iran trade.
Iran's pretty confident that the US cannot afford to invade, occupy and Regime Change Iran, ( and the US Military has confirmed that),
Iran's also pretty confident that the US cannot pull off a "beheading strike", or even engage in a minor Military action, with out Iran being able to close the Gulf, the US to face major consequences to it's bases in the region, and the Global Economy collapsing.
So Iran's quite confident that the 5+1 Agreement will hold, with or with out the US, the Iranian economy and trade will continue to grow, and soon enough, a few decades from now, both the US and Saudi Arabia will be at best, minor players in the Middle East.
The U.S. did not enter into an agreement.
The Bamster signed on. The representatives of the American people, The Senate, did not vote on it.
Until the Senate ratifies an agreement it does not have the force of American law.
Which is again, another reason why any agreement with the US is utterly worthless.

Smart or honorable diplomats know American law pertaining to agreements.
Thus the integrity or the ends of those that negotiate deals in secret or with a person, who has no intention of bring the deal before the Senate, is very much in question.
