Pope Francis Warns That 'The Winds Of War" Is Blowing Around The World



RFE: Pope Laments Global 'Winds Of War' In Christmas Message

Pope Francis has decried the "the winds of war" blowing around the world in his traditional Christmas message, which also calling for a two-state solution in the Middle East.

As Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus, the pope, in his traditional Urbi et Orbi (To The City And To The World) Christmas message from the Vatican, he also prayed that confrontation can be overcome on the Korean Peninsula.

"The winds of war are blowing in our world and an outdated model of development continues to produce human, societal and environmental decline," the pontiff said in his December 25 message and blessing from the central balcony overlooking St. Peter's Square.

A pope did meet with Attila the Hun and got results.

I suspect that pope was more than a little smarter than Leftists Pope Francis.


There also has been at least one Holy Roman Emperor that cam begging to a pope for forgiveness.
