Way back when states were deciding on replacing paper ballots with electronic ballets, those of us in the computer biz knew instinctively it was a bad idea. Local govt people aren't equipped to deal with ever evolving sophisticated computer security. Elections are known years in advance so hackers have plenty of time to plan their attacks.

Paper is the one and only way to go.
