The jng90 doesn't have the extended upper gas tube or that muzzle brake config. The Dragunov does, and its also used by the Turks. And there's no bolt on the above rifle. etc...

The Turkish Military, never used the Drugonov.
The JN-90 is a "family" of rifles with a variety of different configurations.
Other than some post Cold War AK's, AKM's bought for the Police, and some SVD's captured from the PPK,
The Turkish Army has used NATO/NATO compliant sniper rifles.
