So let's just get it over with and have both countries go to war with each other. Why should all the other countries be plunged into proxy wars and daily terror attacks?
Because they can. Saudis have all the oil money, while Iran also has oil money plus the billions they got from Obama. The surrounding countries also have weak central governments and complex religious and ethnic divisions that are easily exploited.
The world is so f'ed up. There's millions dead, a good portion of the dead are children, and we don't know how to stop it.
