Newsweek: Israel Prepares to Take On Iran and Hezbollah in Syria

The recent military clashes between Israeli, Iranian and Syrian forces have injected new volatility into an already explosive Middle East, increasing the likelihood of miscalculation and escalatory military action across the region.

As the Syrian civil war grinds on, the pressing concern is not an all-out war between Israel and a Syria whose military has been substantially depleted.

Instead, the real flashpoints are the potential for a permanent Iranian military presence in Syria and the transfer of precision-guided advanced weapons to Lebanese Hezbollah, both of which are stated redlines for Israel.

Iran got back the money that belonged to them and which we and 5 nations held up till treaty about nukes signed. If it rains tomorrow, you will blame Obama too. Trump said he was to drop the treaty. Another promise broken, another lie

the money was theirs. they did what we wanted. we returned the money...is that hard to understand?Iran has always cheated, had terror groups they funded etc. that is a separate issue but you conflate with the nuke treaty. do you want to dump that treaty? if so, say so. Trump said so but has not. Most educated people know (1) Iran a rogue nation (2) fund terror (3) has thus far abided by the treaty. (4) if we drop that treaty, our allies have said in advance they will not. If this upsets you, do you suggest we bomb and invade Iran. If so, say so.

Smith : it is rather simple
we teamed up with 5 nations for a non nuke treaty. We did NOT team up to keep Iran from doing anything else. It is in fact a separate issue. There would be no treaty if we said you must stop doing a, b, c, d, and no nukes...they did not say, we in the US can not do 1,2,3, 4, 5 in nations worldwide
It is silly to try to arrange a nuke treaty with Iran and then toss in all things we would like them to stop doing. This treat was a nuke treaty only.
thanks for the medical advice...when did you get license to practice medicine? Physician, heal thyself

Aizino. .you can call it a mistake by Obama, and people might agree. I think you lose people when you write your main statements in bold and they sound as if you just woke up from a drunken sleep or something

Germany and France are not nations? Wtf are you smoking?
It's days like these where you just embarrass yourself and keep going deeper in the red, so to speak

Fred, you were right on Iran but on Trump collusion with Russia I'm still waiting for evidence after 1 year and 3 months. This is where you're the one who drank too much of CNN coolaide. Wake up, buddy

PS ignore Aizino's name calling. You should notice he has good days in which he sounds reasonable and bad days like this. I think he's off medication again today or something. Respectfully, Aizino, please get your situation fixed. You're fun to have around when you're normal but on days like this you seem like you need help. And someone should help you/talk to you about it..you seem in pain. Honestly worried.
