The $150 million deal, which may have involved a government employee who recently worked at the foreign arms maker that won the bid, is now under intense scrutiny from Congress — and raises questions about the Corps’ aggressive focus on fielding more lethal gear into troops’ hands as quickly as possible.

So cost was expected to be around 30 million. That's peanuts. The CEO of that company and the guy who made the procurement will be dragged in front of congress oversight hearing and be ripped a new one.
Why? Because they are small time players. Congress will go after them to show they're on sh*t. F35 billions and billions overrun? No problem!
