1st Aleppo

2nd Drive to the Euphrates

3rd Ghouta.

The SA-Iranians-Hezbollah-Russians have a competent military force for the task at hand.

My guess is that after Ghouta they will eliminate the pocket in the south of the capital to secure the captial

They hit Aleppo 1st, because it was the commercial capital, symbolic, and and linchpin in the north.

They hit Euphrates to go for the oil (1), secure the north south routes from interdiction(2), kill ISIS. Assad maybe paying th Kurds for oil, but he is no longer paying ISIS making him richer and ISIS poorer. That is a victory.

The Turks in Afrin concern him greatly, but they are also killing Kurds, who do want more autonomy. So he might leave the North and concentrate on the capital for 3 months.
