TASS: Syria to receive new missile defense systems in near future — Russian General Staff

Russian experts will teach Syrian military servicemen to use the new missile defense systems

MOSCOW, April 25. /TASS/. Syria will receive new missile defense systems in the near future and Russian experts will teach Syrians to use them, Head of the Main Operations Department at Russia’s General Staff Colonel General Sergei Rudskoi said at a briefing on Wednesday.

"Russian experts will continue to train Syrian military servicemen, particularly teaching them to use the new missile defense systems that are planned to be delivered to Syria in the near future," he said.

However, the general did not reveal any details concerning those missile systems.

The US government would not have launched cruise missiles at Syrian targets this April, unless Israel's government wanted it to. Neither would the pro-Israeli French or UK governments. Everyone knows it, even though most of the media won't say it.

So maybe Israel should face up to the Russian pushback. I mean, what did the Israeli cabinet expect was going to happen? That Russia wouldn't respond?

Why would Syria need to upgrade their 40 year old missile defense technology if they were successful at destroying most of the missiles fired?

France was pro-Israel until they were no longer in Algeria, then they went anti-Israel for the same reason the German business & political elite latch onto Iranian mammary glands.

France is not pro-Israel.
