Soleimani is bad news. Where he goes, war goes. He's as much a danger to the Iranian people as he is to neighboring citizens.
As I see it, the correlation of forces are strongly against Iran so I can't see them starting a war with Israel or Saudi Arabia. That leaves Iranian people as his mission. More protests than we know going on?
The only thing I recall reading about this guy was some time ago and that was a statement that indicated he was the person behind the human wave attacks by young people through Iraqi minefields way back when. Other than this it would appear some news organs think this guy is a military genius.

This man is highly intelligent and very, very patient. He is Israeli’s worst nightmare. He has been extremely active taking on Daesh in Iraq and Syria. He is highly regarded by Shiites throughout the Middle East. He also seems to be quite cozy with Vlad.. in reality a very dangerous man and leader!
