US President Donald Trump is "no longer the moral leader of his country or the world", the human rights watchdog, the Council of Europe, said Wednesday amid global outrage over the White House's policy of separating migrant children from their parents.
"What is happening at the (US-Mexico) border where he (Trump) is separating children from their parents is a sign that he is no longer the moral leader of his country or the world," the Council of Europe's secretary general, Thorbjorn Jagland, told Norwegian broadcaster TV2.
"Everything he does excludes him from the role American presidents have always had," Jagland said during a trip to Moscow.
"He can not speak on behalf of the so-called free world."

To be fair, Obama didn't have to do anything at all (except make a lot of promises that he didn't fulfill) to receive the Nobel peace price.

In all countries, when parents break the law, the kids are separated from them. Here these adults, some real parents, some fake, break US law by illegally crossing the border. So no surprise the kids are separated. Happens in Europe too and in Mexico.

President Obama enforced the law. Asylum seekers are separated from those who enter illegally. They are all immediately processed by the Border Patrol. Families , by the Flores Agreement, were detained until assigned a court date . Those with sponsors or USA family members to live with had ankle bracelets until their court date......where some were deported and others progressed to TS( temp status). I have tried telling you this before but you are so mentally deficient you cannot comprehend simple explanations. I cannot get any lower for you.
The Obama admin never had baby prisons. The Obama admin also tried to cope LEGALLY with mass immigration cycles but never created policies to help politically.........policies that include child abuse through parental detachment.
