The Hill: Omarosa recorded chief of staff Kelly in White House Situation Room
Former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman said Sunday that she secretly recorded chief of staff John Kelly in the White House Situation Room.
"This is a White House where everybody lies ... you have to have your back," Manigault Newman said on NBC's "Meet the Press" on why she recorded her conversation with Kelly as he was firing her.
"If I did not have this recording, people would still believe the false, incredible story that I was running around the White House … that I tried to charge the residence of the White House. People would still think that I was trying to set off alarms," she continued. "So yes I recorded myself and I have no regret about it."

No sympathy for that lady. From all I've heard and read she's a gold digging, lying, egoistic bitch. She was probably one of the top leakers in the first year of the new administration. She only got hired because Trump had no clue who to hire in that town and didn't trust anyone, so he turned to someone he knew from his earlier gig (the apprentice). Terrible decision, really, and shows you how many bad people are surrounding Trump (it's certainly a pattern here and not sure what it tells us about him. he gives a lot of bad people chances and access.. Cohen was also taping and lying and was clearly his dirt worker, but she too was a liar and taper.. and leaker.. god, is there no honor in this admin?

She tailcoated Trump for nearly 15 years and he promoted her career for all the time. When she gets fired (she has been demeaning other staff members and abused white house services and violated security protocols) all of a sudden -after 15 years of abusing DJT - HE is the racist and bad guy.
