JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Reuters) - The U.S. military has identified the first two American troops from 55 boxes of human remains from the 1950-53 Korean War that North Korea handed over in July, the agency leading the analysis said on Monday.

It seems strange to me that the remains appear to have been preserved with gear that in my experience would have been used by N. Koreans or their Chinese allies. The N. Vietnamese used anything they could get their hands on. Their logistical lines were obviously stretched by the campaign against the Ho Chi Mihn trail. The few I witnessed were a ragged bunch.
