WNU Editor: A day after the attack Iran began blaming everyone .... Iran's Revolutionary Guards threaten to avenge military parade attack (Reuters). While outside of Iran speculation is on who may have conducted this terror strike .... Iran: Who was responsible for the deadly attack in Ahvaz? (Ted Regencia, Al Jazeera). As to what is my take. Iran is a multi ethnic country ruled by the most dominant group the Persians, and their rule has been resisted for decades. What is making the situation more unstable right now is Iran's economy, and the failure of its economic policies. In the past the opposition has resorted to demonstrations and civil disobedience, but this attack now raises it to another level. This may now become the new normal, and one that Iran is ill-equipped to confront.
